Bolton Built Custom Homes is Brian Bolton's registered Idaho contracting company (RCE-65510), based in Kimberly and serving Twin Falls and the Magic Valley. We build custom homes, remodel existing ones, and design additions — with one point of contact, honest communication, and hand-built quality from first sketch to final walkthrough.

What does "registered, not licensed" actually mean?

Idaho registers general contractors — it does not license them. That is a real distinction, and a lot of builders blur it. We do not. Bolton Built holds registration RCE-65510 with the State of Idaho, and we will hand you that number so you can look us up yourself. Being insured, warrantied, and easy to verify is not a marketing line here — it is the whole point.

Who will you actually work with?

One person: Brian. He is your single point of contact from the first site walk to the day you get the keys. Brian organizes the project and keeps you in the loop; a crew of craftsmen builds it by hand. You are never chasing subcontractors, wondering who is responsible for what, or sitting in radio silence — you always know what is happening, what is next, and why.

Do you only build new homes?

No — and this is where we are different. We build brand-new custom homes, we remodel the home you already own, and we build additions that add the space you need without moving. Remodels and additions are core work for us, not a favor we tack on. A lot of contractors avoid them because they are harder to scope; we treat the whole home as the job.
